Alot of companies choose to outsource outside of the united states when developing new products in the information technology field.
Advantages:

* improves quality of service
* staffing
* well trained on newest technologies
Disadvantages:
* poor customer service
* language barrier
* takes away jobs from americans
* faulty products
* loss of managerial control
